Our service efforts are focused towards the delivery of quality in-house architectural, engineering and construction services. Residential Construction and Remodeling

We offer a full service approach to planning, design, project estimating, contract documents, construction and project management. We specializes in new construction, room additions, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, roofing, architectural sheet metals, doors, windows, painting, tile, granite, stone, masonry work, plumbing, electrical, balconies, attached and free standing patios, custom exterior and interior lighting, custom interior and exterior plaster, interior & exterior fireplaces, structural concrete slabs and decorative stamped concrete.

Services For The Owner/Builder

Property Owners who choose to contract and manage their project, can save an average of $8,000.00 to $20,000.00 for mid to large residential projects. We offer a supportive project management service to those who act as the owner/builder and obtain the building permit. Where new construction and or room additions are planned, we will subcontract the foundation work and the rough framing including any required seismic retrofit work. The balance of the work is then scheduled and coordinated by you using licensed subcontractors.

We will review your subcontractors estimates, contracts and change orders to ensure that the subcontract work coincides with the architectural and engineering plans. We will prepare a construction schedule showing each trade division for your project. The construction schedule is formatted in an easy to read Gantt chart that is task driven. Each task will show the preceding and subsequent tasks required for your project’s advancement.

Project Financing and Other Support

We have aligned ourselves with a team of financial planners, insurance providers and an array of material vendors to assist you in managing most service needs. Please feel free to call us so we may refer you to our trusted partners.

Demolition and Hauling

We specialize in structural demolition, complete teardown and partial demolition, where required we install structural shoring. Other related services include:

	Site clearing

Site Grading and Drainage

We provide engineered grading plans, site grading and foundation trench excavation including soil remedial work, over-excavation and compaction for compliance to seismic codes.

Excavation Equipment

Our scope of work has increased from foundation excavation to providing complete off-site and on-site real estate development. We specialize in excavating, backfilling, compaction, soil stabilization, erosion protection and drainage; including soil remediation work, rough and finish grading, utility underground work, sewer construction, concrete and asphalt paving. We are OSHA certified in excavation safety.
